I'm Kiki, a proud Black mom and a recent “Open Nester”, embracing an exciting new chapter of my life. Now that my kids are grown and have flown, I’m prioritizing my health and nurturing my spirit, creating a lifestyle brand that reflects my journey as I lean into adopting a “ME first” attitude.
For me, an empty nest is an open one, and as an Open Nester, I am redefining the traditional concept and embracing adventure. Rather than viewing this phase as a void, I see it as a vibrant opportunity to explore life anew. Through this platform, I share insights on achieving a balanced lifestyle—mind, body, and soul. I firmly believe in the power of self-care and spiritual wellness, and I aim to inspire others to embark on their journeys of self-discovery.
As I navigate dating and international travel, I remain open to love and new experiences. I'm also dedicated to building my consulting business, allowing me to connect with others and create meaningful content that resonates.

With my children, now adults, growing and thriving, I’m focusing on healing, loving, and nurturing myself like never before. From exploring new places (maybe even living abroad) and seeking love to crafting a joyful and fulfilling life. This is my next chapter.
